Alicia Dawn White

Alicia Dawn White, 24, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, November 2, 2023 at the Ohio State University Medical Center. She was born January 13, 1999 in Portsmouth to Robert Tipman III and Ina White.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her four children, Braylynn Kay White, Aubreyy Kaylynn White, Maliaa Dawn Rose Jackson, Melanie Gail Jackson, her companion Dustin Jackson,  sisters, Nicole Tipman, Andrea Smith, Angelina Wright, Cateresa Rowe, grandfather, Robert Tipman Jr., grandmother, Virginia White, uncle Joe Tipman (Angel), and several nieces and nephews.

Alicia was preceded in death by her grandfather, David White, grandmother, Judith Tipman, daughter, Legaciee Sue White, brother, Robert Tipman IV, and uncle, Peter Tipman.

A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
