Alison Grace Cook, 14, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, July 15, 2021. She was born November 2, 2006, in Arlington, TX.
She was preceded in death by a great- grandfather, Jimmy Thompson.
Allison attended Wheelersburg Middle School, she loved cats, was gifted with natural born artistic abilities, and had the sweetest personality.
She is survived by her mother, Haley Duffy of Portsmouth, step-father, Tim Todd, of Wheelersburg, sister, Audrea Cook, of Portsmouth, uncle, Shane Duffy (Kimberly), of Batavia, grandfather, Arthur Duffy, of Portsmouth, great-grandmother, Joy Thompson, of Batavia, as well as cousins; August, Ellie, Grainne, and Hazel.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Melcher Hammer Funeral with visitation for family and friends beginning at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth.
