Brenda Lee (Spencer) Brown

Brenda Lee Brown, 60, of Portsmouth, died, Friday, Jul1, 2022 at her home. She was born November 3, 1961 in Portsmouth, to the late Woody Roberts and Frances (Spencer) Reed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Franklin Biggs.

Brenda is survived by her son, Robert Mullins (Penny) of Wheelersburg, two daughters, Jean Conley of Portsmouth and Laura Royal of Portsmouth, and 10 grandchildren: Paiton, Preston, and Haidon Blevins, Alexis Shepherd, Savannah Craft, Noah Royal, Olivia Weaver, Tessa Crisp, Ashton Mullins, and Omarah Mullins. She is also survived by her five sisters: Ethel, Debbie, Teresa, Lee Ann, and Patricia, and a brother, Carl.

A Memorial service will be 6:00 P.M. on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth. A visitation for friends and family will be two hours prior to the service, starting at 4:00 P.M.
