Carol Sue Paishon

Carol Sue Paishon, 79, of Sciotoville, died Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at SOMC.

She was born July 11, 1942 in Columbus to the late Roy Carl Jackson Sr., and Helen (Thorpe) Jackson. She loved reading her Bible and crocheting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Nicholas Paishon Sr., three sons; Michael Vernon Paishon, Vernon Nicholas Paishon Jr, David Ceasar Paishon, and two brothers; Ronald Dean Jackson, and Roy Carl Jackson Jr.

Carol is survived by a son, Christopher Lynn Paishon (Amber), of Sciotoville, a daughter, Sunday Mourn, of New Albany, OH, two sisters; Monta Joan Calendar, of Johnstown, OH, Diana Pope, of Reynoldsburg, OH.  She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-granddaughters.

Services will be held at a later date and are under the direction of Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
