Charles "Todd" Parker

Charles Edward “Todd” Parker, 66, of New Boston, died Tuesday at Adena Medical Services in Chillicothe.  Todd was born April 8, 1955 in Portsmouth to the late George and Norma Jean (Ward) Parker.

In addition to his parents, Todd was preceded in death by brothers; Ronald Parker and Chris Parker, as well as a sister, Shelia Ruggles.

Todd worked in the detail department at Glockner Family of Dealerships for many years, he was an avid bowler, was considered the “Mayor” of Heritage Pointe, and loved his family dearly.

He is survived by his wife, Karen (Burns) Parker, son, Jamie Parker (Michelle), of Portsmouth, and four grandchildren, Aeriel Parker, Devin Parker, Colin Parker, and Blake Parker.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, February 7, 2022 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with Dennis Dawes officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Gardens in Franklin Furnace.  A visitation for friends and family will be from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 6, 2022 at the funeral home.
