Diana Ruth "Peaches" Stiltner

Diana Ruth “Peaches” Stiltner, 65, of Sciotoville, died Friday, December 18, 2020 at O.S.U. Medical Center. She was born March 1, 1955 in Portsmouth, to the late Clifford Neeley and Juanita (Risner) Mullett.

Diana loved her family more than anything, especially all of her grandbabies. She enjoyed playing Bingo and riding Harleys.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Stiltner, daughter Kristi Stiltner, and her siblings; Darrell and Gary Neeley, Beverly Jenkins, and Donna Wills.

Peaches is survived by her daughter, Rachel Stiltner (Mike Blackburn) of Sciotoville, four grandchildren; Cody Stiltner, Cam’ron Lampkin, Cayne Lampkin, and Hayley Todd, three great-grandchildren, Braxton and Easton Stiltner and Atlanta Lampkin, a nephew who was like a son, Eric Stiltner of Sciotoville, two brothers, Robert Neeley (Nancy) of Otway and Mark Mullett (Mary) of Otway, a sister, Carolyn Sue Neeley of Lucasville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, including Michael, Hannah, and Taelyn Stiltner.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Pastor Shawn Spencer officiating. Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Haverhill Cemetery in Haverhill. A visitation for friends and family will be on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
