Echo Alexander Biggs, three months old, of Portsmouth, died Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He was born October 3, 2023, in Portsmouth to Michael and Kiliey “Sage” (Pierce) Biggs. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Danielle Manley.
Echo is survived by four great-grand parents: Tina Moore, of PA, Crystal Morgan, of PA, Richard Flinn, of PA, and Dorothy Lewis (Gary) of Portsmouth. He is also survived by 8 grandparents: Clifford Biggs, of Portsmouth, Jeremy Gilliam, of Cincinnati, Kent Pierce Jr., of PA, Rick Scifres, of Portsmouth, Lara Coles, of Ironton, Cathy Gilliam, of Portsmouth, Melissa Hamm, of Portsmouth, Serena Scifres, of Portsmouth. He is also survived by 3 uncles: A.J. Wright, of MI, David Pierre, of PA, and Christian “CJ” Miller, of PA; along with 5 aunts: Sally, of PA, Sheyanne Manley, of Libson, OH, Dorothy Wright, of MI, Alexyss Gilliam, of Portsmouth, and Madison Odell, of Portsmouth.
Funeral services will be 5:00 P.M. Friday, January 19, 2024, at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Pastor Serena Scifres officiating. A visitation for friends and family will begin one hour prior to the funeral service on Friday.
