James Edward Estep
March 5, 1968 ~ November 14, 2021 (age 53) 53 Years Old
James Edward Estep, 53, of Catlettsburg, KY died Sunday, November 14, 2021 at his home. Jim was born, March 5, 1968 in Columbus, OH. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joey Estep, an uncle, Kenny Taylor, maternal grandparents, James Young and Sadie Estep, and his paternal grandfather, Roy Taylor.
Jim graduated from New Boston High School, was a United States Air Force veteran, and an Ironworker through Union Local 769.
He is survived by his parents; Sharon & Fred Montgomery, of Lucasville, wife, Lisa (Manning) Estep, of Catlettsburg, KY, his children; Justin Burchett (April) of Cincinnati, Michael Tice of Catlettsburg, Megan Tice of Ashland, and Sarah McCoy of Ashland, a brother, Randy Estep of Chillicothe, his grandmother, Mary Taylor of Logan, OH, his uncles; Donnie Taylor and his wife of Georgia and David Taylor and wife of Logan, OH, a niece, Alyssa Estep of Virginia, and nine grandchildren. He is also survived by his little buddy, grandson Kaiden.
A Celebration of Life will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Iron Workers Union Hall, 2151 Greenup Ave., Ashland, KY 41101
