James M Ferrier

James Merideth Ferrier, 84, of West Union, died Sunday, January 5, 2020 at home.  He was born October 23, 1935 to the late Carrie and Patsy (Smith) Ferrier in Bellefontaine, OH.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Priscilla and Caroline.  Jim is survived by his wife, Diane (Hobbs) Ferrier, sons; James Ferrier, Jr. and Brandon Ferrier, both of West Union, and Christopher (Stephanie) Ferrier of TN., daughters; Kathy Ferrier, of West Union, Kelly (Daryl) Day, II, of Batavia, OH., Jennifer (Bradley) Applegate, of West Union, bothers; Nolan Ferrier and Merideth Ferrier, of Michigan, and six grandchildren; Logan, Ashtyn, Kolton, Braxton, Levi, and Emmalyn.  A Memorial Service will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 10, 2020 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home with Pastor Calvin Daniel officiating.  Visitation for family and friends will be from 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
