Jonathan Michael Dunn

Jonathan Michael Dunn, 30, of Portsmouth, died Saturday, July 23, 2022.  Jonathan was born January 8, 1992, in Portsmouth, to Gene Dunn of Missouri, and Debbie (Dautel) Dunn of Portsmouth.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, H. David Dautel.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sons; Thomas, Tyler, and Trevor Dunn, all of Portsmouth, two sisters, Allison Dunn of Portsmouth, Erin West (Kyle) of Amelia, OH, grandmother, Donna Dautel of Portsmouth, two aunts; Carol Force (Toby), Dawn Elwood (Lynn) of Greenbrier, TN, an uncle, Dale Dunn (Judy), and two nieces, Nakari, Riley, and a nephew, Kaden.

Jonathan was a 2010 graduate of Clay High School, he loved all sports, and because of his grandpa, he was a Chicago Cubs fan, he was a Boy Scout, and enjoyed Indian relics.

Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM, Friday, July 29, 2022, at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth, with Rev. John Gowdy officiating.  Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Portsmouth.  A visitation for family and friends will begin at 11:30 AM until time of service at the funeral home on Friday.
