Michael Lee Shane Dixon

Michael Lee Shane Dixon, 47, of Wheelersburg, died Friday, June 9, 2023 at his home under SOMC Hospice care. He was born June 2, 1976, in Portsmouth to the late Willard F. Dixon and Debbie (Waring) Sprayberry of West Portsmouth.

Mike loved to shoot pool, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sons, Cody Dixon (K.C.) of Jackson, Ty Howard (Brooklyn) of Wheelersburg, Dylan Howard (Madison) of Portsmouth, three daughters, Ashley Craft (James) of Lucasville, Tara Bradford of West Portsmouth, and Alex Dixon of Minford, four brothers, David Dixon (Rita) of West Portsmouth, Ricky Dixon (Chrystal) of Lucasville, Schaun Stewart (Andrea) of West Portsmouth, and Shayne Stewart of Alabama, a sister, Dusty Kempf (Matt) of West Portsmouth, a special friend, Jonathon Noble.

He also leaves behind, eight grandchildren that he loved so much, Lilly, Ares, Carson, Carter, Kora, Quinten, McKinlynn, and Asher, his dog, Gus, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be at a later date and are under the direction of Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
