Patricia Lee (Noel) Miller

Patricia Lee (Noel) Miller, 84, of Beverly Hills, FL, died Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at the Vitas Hospice House in Florida. She was born October 20, 1938 in Portsmouth, to the late Roy and Dorothy (Moore) Noel.

Pat is survived by her husband of 67 years, William R. Miller, Sr., two children, Butch Miller (Angela) and Angela Arnold, all of Beverly Hills, FL, two brothers, Roy Noel Jr. (Ruthann) of Piketon, OH and Richard Noel (Sharon) of The Villages, FL. She is also survived by her three grandchildren that she loved dearly, Amanda Lynn Miller, Jennifer Beth Boyd (Billy), and James William Miller (Candance), and 10 great-grandchildren that she adored.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 28, 2023 at Scioto Baptist Church in Lucasville, with Pastor Gary Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.

A visitation for friends and family will be on Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and again from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
