Rachel Denise Stiltner, 41, of Sciotoville, died Thursday, March 4, 2021 at her home. She was born October 7, 1979 in Portsmouth, to the late Stephen and Diana (Neeley) Stiltner.
Rachel was a 1998 graduate of Portsmouth East High School, she loved to laugh, and above all, she loved her friends and family unconditionally.
In addition to her parents, Rachel is preceded in death by her sister, Kristi Stiltner and her brother-in-law, Justin Todd.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Blackburn, her three sons; Cody Stiltner of Portsmouth, Cam’ron Lampkin of Sciotoville, and Cayne Lampkin of Portsmouth, a daughter, Hannah Stiltner of Sciotoville, her special brother, Eric “Chopper” Stiltner of Sciotoville, her “special sons”, David Smith III, Treyvon Truett, Trevon Watts, and Austin Lewis, a sister, Tonya Foster of Cincinnati. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Braxton, Easton, Atlanta, and Saint, and also her nieces, Hayley Todd and Taelyn Stiltner, and a nephew, Michael Stiltner. Rachel also leaves behind her best friends, Nikki Craig, Jennifer Williams, and Amanda Stewart.
Funeral services will be 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth. A visitation for friends and family will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
