Raymond Rothwell Robson Jr.

Raymond Rothwell Robson, Jr. 84, of Lucasville, died Monday, April 7, 2025 at SOMC Hospice.  Raymond was born June, 25, 1940 in San Francisco, CA. During his many travels, he was known throughout the antiques community as a collector of all and seller on none. However, his large personality left a lasting impression in many lives across the country. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond R. Robson, Sr. and Catharine (Pixley) Robson.

Raymond is survived by a son, Rob Robson (Tara), grandchildren Elias, Amaia, and Ayla (his babies) of McDermott, and daughter, Kari Emmons (Chris), grandchildren Tiffany (Nate), Jeramiah (Scarlet), Tiffany Renae (Dustin), Jordan, Jonah, Brandon, Timmy, and Tyler of Lucasville, and a special friend, Cindy Bennett, of Arkansas City, KS.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth, OH.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to SOMC Hospice or St. Jude’s Children’s Research in honor of Raymond.
