Richard Wayne O'Dell

Richard Wayne O’Dell, 45, of West Portsmouth, died Friday, March 13, 2020 in Cincinnati. Richard was born December 1, 1974 in Portsmouth, to Tina O’Dell, and the late Franklin Craft.  In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by his daughter, Brittany O’Dell.

Richard is survived by his mother and step-father, Tina and Buddy Monroe, two sons; Richard F. O’Dell, and Brodi W. O’Dell, both of West Portsmouth, a brother, Franklin O’Dell, of West Portsmouth, a sister, Chastity Reedy (Eddie), of Portsmouth, his fiancée, Kristi Trapp and her daughters; Haley and Kaley Craft, and a special niece, Megean Rowland. 

A memorial service will be held at the family’s convenience at a later date.
