Sara M. (Hill) Frazier

Sara M. (Hill) Frazier, 63, of Jackson (formerly of Portsmouth), died Thursday, June 11, 2026 at Adena Regional Medical Center. She was born September 6, 1963 in Portsmouth, to the late Floyd and Ola Mae (Bliss) Hill.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff Frazier, a brother, Terry Hill, and two sisters, Teresa Branson and Doris Smith.

She is survived by her daughter, Stormy Frazier of Wellston, five grandchildren, two brothers, Dan Hill (Mary Ann) of Portsmouth and David Hill (Sandy) of Sciotoville, a sister, Mary Elizabeth Ault (Paul) of Portsmouth, a brother-in-law, Dave Branson of Stout, and several nieces and nephews, and a dear friend, Carolyn Whiteside.

A visitation for friends and family will be on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth. A Recitation of the Rosary will immediately follow the visitation. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday June 19, 2026 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home with Deacon Jim Sturgeon officiating. A burial will follow to Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
