Shannon Lee Blaine

Shannon Lee Blaine, 45, of Portsmouth, died Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus. 

He was born May 24, 1975 in Portsmouth, to the late Michael Lee and Vera Faye (Kinker) Blaine. 

Shannon was a laborer having worked construction and was very active and loved his Monarch “Recovery Family”. 

He is survived by his wife, Brandy (Jayne) Blaine of Portsmouth, a brother, Brandon Gerald of Coal Grove, a sister, Kelly Cannon (Joshua) of Portsmouth, his dog Odie, who was his pride and joy, and several nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be 7:00 PM Friday, April 9, 2021 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth. A visitation for friends and family will be on Friday, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
