Teresa A (Colvin) Fowler

Teresa Ann Fowler, 64, of Otway, died Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born May 7, 1961 in Greenup County, Kentucky, to the late Homer Colvin and Ella Mae (White) Riffe.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Gary Fowler, a daughter, April Tinger (Edward Jr.) of Portsmouth, two sisters, Marie Riffe of McDermott and Darlene Stapleton of Portsmouth, a brother-in-law, Glenn Stapleton of Portsmouth, four grandchildren, Jasmine, Jaylynn, Kyle, and Kyla, two great-grandchildren, Pacelynn and Scarlett, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, November 17, 2025 at Melcher Hammer Funeral Home in Portsmouth. Burial will follow at Scioto Burial Park in McDermott. A visitation for friends and family will be on Monday at the funeral home, one hour before the service, starting at 1:00 PM.
